MS SOV is a great sounding pedal indeed. Nowadays I am using the MS SOV before a 80’s TS808 and the SOV sounds great as a booster as well.

Thank you so much. Regarding your question, the silver mod one gives a a little bit more of a clean boost than the TV mod. The Tv mod delivers a little bit more colored dirt tone in front of an already self driven amp or another dirt pedal.

@@Bluesman Thanks alot. If I may, do you think doing the TV mod for the purposing of using it in front of another dirt pedal is worth it from the stock pedal? From your demonstration I can hear pretty well the TV mod sounds different than my 808 RI but wonder if it will be the case as a gain booster. Thank you!

@@CJLee-jd2lh It will serve as nice booster anyway but with a little bit more color added. I can say that it would go along with a nice fuzz. 😉😉😉

Thanks man! I did not have the chance to try but I am quite sure that they are wonderful guitars. Even two identical guitars out of a same series of production line, there is a high potential to be different in tone due to slight differences of the woods. So even if the hardwares are the same of each, for two different years of reissue, two different building teams, my answer is they are highly likely to be different in tone. 🤘🏻

They are both foot sounding delay as you state. The BE sounds warmer and has a well earned spot on one of my boards. An another permanent tenant of one of my boards is the Dunlop Echoplex with external tap tempo. Btw, thanks for the comment. Cheers 🤘🏻

@@Bluesman I run a Belle Epoch and a Boss DD-7, but I just added the latter. The Belle Epoch is the bread and butter of my delay sounds.

I used to have a chance to be but I did not choose to be a one. Now just a family guy who plays at home alone 😊

Thanks a lot. Glad you liked it. I find the deep setting option extremely useful. Regarding my favourlte, it is the top position. I found it a little bit darker and organic which fits my taste better.

Thanks for the comment. The RMC 10 sounds great. It has this nice clean sound with a great tonal range. The inductor in Vox is stock film can type which also sound great for my taste the vox has a less range both in physical and tonal sweep range.

I personally prefer the vintage one with my black face clean amps and the HW with my 80’s silver jubilee Marshall. I hope it makes sense for you.

Thanks a lot. I got the backing track from the web site called “karaoke version”. You can find many songs with many options. All songs are multi channel recorded so you can on or of or change the level of them. Besides you can tune the song up or down.

Absolutely same here for me. It is darker but has creamy lush feeling. Mixed well with the overall sound as well. ✌🏻
